2.1 All products and services are delivered by PageSpruce electronically via your user account only. By way of downloadable Zip file or Hosting Services

2.2 PageSpruce is not responsible for any technological delays beyond our control. You can access your website at any time through your user account. Sites are subject to a download limit. After which you will still be able to access your files but downloading will not be available.

3 Security

3.1 PageSpruce does not process any order payments through the website. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, a third party online payment provider. Feel free to contact us about our security policies.

4 Refunds

4.1 Unfortunately we do not offer site once a site has been purchased as it it sold as seen. You are free to review the site for as long as necessary before making your purchase.

5 Ownership

5.1 The website remains the property of PageSpruce until the initial term is complete. After which ownership is fully transferred to the patron.
